"We had always been skeptical about building a house because of the many horror stories we had heard about builders and construction gone wrong. However, soon after walking into one of Chad's showhomes and meeting with Chad and Jerry, we knew immediately that Ward Homes would build our first new house. Ward Homes made building our home a great experience, from settling on design plans, to selecting fixtures, floor coverings,colors etc. They were also very accommodating to design changes along the way. The interior design advice provided by Teresa was also invaluable. After this experience we will build again, albeit exclusively with Ward Homes. Chad truly cares about the final product and went the extra mile to ensure that we had a good experience. The quality and workmanship is second to none. And when it comes to value for money, we are convinced that there are few builders out there that even come close."
